A huge thank you to everyone who came to our open studio. It’s genuinely been so lovely to have people enter our private workspaces to take a closer look at our process, works in progress, (new and old) finished pieces, sketchbooks, art materials and everything else in between.
I can’t express in words how warm and memorable each interaction has been, especially because we were able to exist and chat without any (spatial and social) pressure of being in a highly curated gallery setting, within the intimacy of our private studios, with the necessary and expected mess of art-making surrounding us.
I’ve been working on my illustration projects and visual art here, slowly and steadily, for the past 4 months, alongside @sahyrsayed aka (one of three parts of) the @junecollective22.

The show closes tonight at 8. If you’re in Lahore, come!
