What is Tulum’s winter season telling us before it even begins?

In the latest Tulum Intelligence Report · Q3 2026, The Winter Book looks at one of the clearest forward signals we have right now: early reservation activity.

Within one Tulum property-management portfolio, same-property winter bookings were pacing 77% ahead of last year, while more than half of reservations had already been secured six or more months before arrival. January was also showing unusually strong early activity.

It is important context, but not a market-wide result. The report treats it for what it is: an early signal worth watching, not a guarantee of what the season will ultimately deliver.

Many of you have been following along since 2022, watching me build another business in Mexico. I’d love to personally invite you to come and see Tulum for yourselves. I’m so grateful for every like, laugh, and encouraging word along the way.
