Happy birthday to the one and only Coach Diego! 🧡🔥 Your energy is truly unmatched—every class, every cue, every moment. We don’t know what’s in your coffee, but we’re convinced it’s at least 80% magic and 20% pure chaos (the good kind). Thanks for pushing us, believing in us, and making every workout feel like the best part of our day. Here’s to another year of greatness! 💪🎉

Happy World Kindness Day! 🧡
At OTF, we talk a lot about strength, heart, and community — but today, we’re celebrating kindness, especially the kind that starts with you. Every time you show up for your workout, you’re showing kindness to yourself. You’re honoring your goals, your health, and your growth. That commitment inspires everyone around you and makes this studio more than just a place to sweat — it makes it a place where kindness thrives. We couldn’t be prouder of our amazing members who keep showing up, lifting each other up, and leading with heart. 💪 #WorldKindnessDay #OTFStrong #KindnessStartsWithYou #MoreLife
