The truth about low-tox living... It doesn’t happen overnight. And honestly? It’s not supposed to. When I first started, I felt overwhelmed trying to change everything at once. That’s actually why I made a comprehensive guide so you don’t have to figure it out alone!(link in bio) Start small. Stay consistent. It adds up. Some of my non-negotiables now: • Shoes off in the house • NO FRAGRANCE (this is a big one) • Cotton/ Linen bedding & sheets • Non toxic cleaning products • Glass over plastic • Metal and wood utensils • No seed oils • Products with ingredients you can pronounce • No sulfates, parabens, or phthalates This isn’t about perfection. It’s about reducing your toxic load one simple swap at a time. Save this as your reminder: you don’t have to do everything-just start somewhere. Comment or DM SWAP and I’ll send you my completely free storefront guide with links to all of my non toxic favorites! 🤍 #holistic #nontoxiclifestyle #lowtox

Winnipeg-based natural skin-care company Just the Goods provides customers with handcrafted vegan, plant, and mineral-based products, including “just the goods” and nothing else. Just the Goods founder Milena first started making natural skin care items for herself and her friends in 2007. Almost two decades later, Just the Goods continues to demonstrate that it is both possible to produce affordable skincare without the use of petrochemicals, parabens, sulphates, phthalates, artificial fragrances, dyes, and flavours. #winnipeg #localbusiness #supportlocal #homegrownbusiness #vegan #plantbased #handcrafted
