The back pain was chronic but the microphone vibes were iconic 🎤 😂
The body decided on a plot twist and changed the plan so we will adapt, overcome, complain and little and then keep the good vibes coming 👌
Cheers to @acmackeyvisuals for the shots!

Thankful for the people that are in my corner 🫶

QLDs Strongest Man and Woman 2026
🥈 +105kg Masters

By far my worst prep to date but managed to pull together some good events on the day and do enough to secure second place and a spot at ASMW. It was a close battle with @dave_masseyve for 2nd and 3rd which made it a fun weekend.

It’s been said over and over this past week, but I’m gonna say it anyway. @benchimus_primal @little.meeks and @just_tif__ deserve a massive pat on the back for an extremely well run event, with some of the coolest events I’ve experienced yet.
We always need to acknowledge all of the volunteers that made the day run. It’s a tough job and we are all very grateful to every one of you.
Now on to ACT Strongest Man and Woman to show all you strongmen how to bench press 😏
