Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes at Blatchford? 👀

When our advocate @justabenaa_ visited the UK, we welcomed her to our Bilton Road site for a behind-the-scenes tour, with MAX, our mascot, joining her every step of the way.

From meeting the people behind our prosthetic solutions to seeing how we design and manufacture them, Abena loved every minute. She came away with plenty of insights that she believes other amputees would find valuable too.

🎥 Watch the video to hear Abena's thoughts from the day, what stood out most to her, and why she thinks more amputees would benefit from getting a closer look at what happens behind the scenes at Blatchford.

The news this week: Mark Zuckerberg testified in a landmark trial questioning whether platforms like Instagram were designed to be addictive and harmful to young people’s mental health.

The problem isn’t social media itself only - it’s also what gets amplified without intention, the content loops that leave us drained, comparing, and depleted.

My approach has been intentional for a long time:
my news feed doesn’t just feed me, it nourishes me. 🍃

And building healthy social media habits starts with choosing what truly adds value to our minds and communities.

What kind of content nourishes you?

Extra points for finding the “corny” line on this post and telling us below LOL 👇🏾

The points / prose will be an emoji trophy. Because that is all I can do right now lol
