@camberwellartsfestival (summer fair) but make it Xmas… It will be our first time at the Christmas fair! Very excited to welcome you all from Camberwell and afar to St Giles Church this Saturday. @justaloadofcomics will be selling his new comic, Artichoke Knight, for the first time in London! And I will be there with mini palm readings to round off your year as well as gift cards for the festive, giving season. 🤗

I think we make an alright team! When it comes to love and companionship, you have to share the same values. In our case, food, the pursuit of dreams and adventure!

Meet Alex Newtown, the brilliant mind behind Freelancer! A gripping graphic novel that first caught our attention when Charlotte, one of our amazing interns, spotlighted it during her time with us 💚💚💚

At Viv Loves Film, we’re all about discovering powerful stories and the people who tell them! And now, with Viv Loves Education, we’re taking that passion further! We are hoping to nurture the next generation of creatives who’ll shape the stories of tomorrow. 💡📚

Stay tuned for more!

HELLOOO ALEX NEWTON 👹🏙️ @justaloadofcomics

👁️‍🗨️⬇️
I’m based in South London, and I primarily make comics, although I also do some illustration work. I’ve self-published six comics so far, with the seventh due this year: my last two releases were Freelancer and Single Point of Failure. My earlier comics were generally, wordless or cryptic things, like experimental puzzle boxes, but I’ve shifted towards telling longer-form, more relatable stories in the last couple of years. I also sell prints, and I view them as a “story in one image”. I like to experiement with colour, and to draw funny-looking monsters.

I feel very excited about playing a small part in @ladydangfua ‘s latest exhibition. And if you listen really closely (at the actual exhibition), you might hear a sound bite from me about… magic of course 🤭✨

The Dellusion is on @serpentineuk until 18th January! Go check it out for free, get involved and get chatting with someone you’ve never met before 😝

Encourage open conversations, ban shaming and cancel culture, foster community, and have a play! 👾

Une bonne campagne, c'est aussi un bon pitch. Ici, une jeune femme se transfgorme en chasseuse de monstres la nuit pour arriver à payer ses factures.
