WHEW CHILEEE… Atlanta was a WHOLE VIBE!

Pretty Girls Sweat Fest 2026 was cool. Had the best time sweating, laughing, loving on my sweat sisters, and soaking up all that GOOD energy! 💪🏾✨

To everybody I didn’t get to see, I SEE those videos! Wish I could’ve hugged every single one of you! 🤗

Shoutout to @prettygirlssweat for another amazing experience. We SWEAT. We LAUGHED. We SHOWED UP!

Until next time, pretty girls! 💕

What a beautiful day supporting @aeshiadevorebranch and @prettygirlssweat to celebrate what it means to build and sustain Pretty Girl Sweat for 15 years!! The energy was high and the love was real!

Somewhere between the workouts, panels, conversations and connecting with other amazing businesswomen in the wellness space, I found myself truly feeling encouraged about my own journey in entrepreneurship.

Sometimes you sustain. Sometimes you pivot. Sometimes you expand into something new. But most of all, you keep going long enough to see what God can do! 🙌🏾

Through it all, keep moving, stay connected and believe in yourself no matter what! 💪🏾💕

@aeshiadevorebranch you did it again 👏🏽 Happy 15th anniversary @prettygirlssweat 💕

I enjoyed reconnecting with THE sisterhood. It’s always a pleasure and an honor to be included in this experience.

So much good energy, beautiful women, movement, community, and just a reminder of how special it is to be in spaces where women are genuinely pouring into one another. 🫶🏽

15 years is BIG. Congratulations on continuing to build something that brings women together in such a powerful way.

PGSFEST2026, you were a vibe. 🤌🏽

It’s just a good time. Come SWEAT with us! 💦

Some people love boxing. @djkayoh
Some people want HIIT. @justbnfit
Some people prefer Pilates. @brickxvic_pt
Others just want to lift something heavy. @yvytraining

It’s fitness, but it’s also community.
It’s challenging yourself without feeling judged.
It’s seeing familiar faces and meeting new ones.
It’s introducing you to local businesses you may not have discovered otherwise.
It’s realizing taking care of yourself can actually be something you look forward to.

We wanted to create an experience that meets people where they are, not where they think they’re supposed to be.

If you leave a little stronger, make a new connection, discover a local business, or simply remember why you started taking care of yourself in the first place…

Then we did what we came to do.

See y’all August 15. Bring a friend. Let’s SWEAT.
