Started the year in the emergency room…

Had to be placed on medical restriction the first couple of weeks but when I finally got a chance to be back in the gym I couldn’t wait.

When somethings taken away from you it gives you an opportunity to reflect and that’s what I did. I love training and working out, so I’m back!!! Let’s go

You don’t earn strong during the highlight rep.
You earn it in the prep… the control… the workouts before the ball ever touches the court.

This is what building an athlete looks like:
✔️ unilateral strength
✔️ joint control
✔️ core integrity
✔️ force applied the right way

Move well and stay powerful.

Train with purpose. Train to last.

Comment TRAIN or shoot me a DM if you’re ready for a program that actually transfers.

Strength isn’t just built under the bar…
It’s built in the positions nobody posts, the reps nobody sees, and the work most people skip.

Every drill has a purpose. Every rep earns its place.

Train with intention. Build the engine. Then apply force.

Want a program that actually translates to performance, strength, and durability?
Comment TRAIN or DM me and let’s get to work.
