Last night was my first art show 😱 and it was such a fun time! I introduced my brand @thisischerryblue 🙊 and will be opening my webshop this June. I made some sales which was really cool (I was just hoping to at least make 1 sale 😂) and my expectations were exceeded. But really, the best part of last night was getting to meet and chat with so many amazing artists & people. The Pittsburgh art community is so welcoming & supportive, and it was an honor to get to have conversations with so many imaginative and creative individuals 🩵 I also loved that so many artists I met practice the repurposing materials in their work, and to see such a variety in the inspiration birthed from the constraint of using what is found & available to them. Thank you so much to @pancakesandbooze for having me! 🥞🤎 1 & 2 - Larger print that sold & the baddie that bought it 3 - my setup 4 - mini prints 5 - original piece “Have a nice trip” in its handmade frame 6 - my first sale (ever!!!) thank you so much @justdae, you are the sweetest & I loved talking with you! Please run for president and heal the world with your beautiful soul 🥹 Also she’s a writer!? 🤯 7 - shoutout to my booth buddy @extramozzarella_art, you’re a legend and I’m so glad I got to share this space with you! 8 - @curi0us_visi0ns working on this neat drawing 9 - @easpgh crazzyyy etch n sketch pieces 😱 10 - little blue bird I bought from @leahshuck.maker 11 & 12 - my crew 🩵🥹 PLEASE check these other insanely talented peeps: @inc.creatures.art @beezdesigns_ @serenity.of.the.heart @lew.art.19 @devancdesigns @huskreative @notxjustin @chloethecreator.art @the_zartist @powerful_queen_rising @caitlyn_creek_creative @kazy_artwork @blink_makes_stuff @taylormadetoons12 @paradiseacresarts @corinnepaintsthings
