Two babies on tap, one cookie in my mouth, and zero hands available for anyone’s opinions. 🍪🥛

🤟🏼 Normalize breastfeeding—twin moms have enough to juggle without your judgment. 😂

Cookies are so bomb! @jessiejamesdecker @justfeedme 🍪

Meet your new coffee companion: biscotti bites. ☕️

Not too sweet, not too plain. Just the perfect amount of sweet to go with your morning cup, or your evening one when you’re winding down and need a little something. 🤎

And before you ask... I’m keeping the recipe a secret. 🤫 You’ll find it in the new book, “The Secret Sauce.” Go get your copy and bake a batch for your next coffee break!

Tagging the queens behind this one: @justfeedme @mamakarenparker @sydneyraebass 💛

I know what it feels like to want to make a change but feel like there’s always something else that needs your attention first. ❤️

That’s one of the reasons I LOVE our 21-day challenges. It gives me 3 weeks to really lock in, show up for myself and see what I’m capable of. And y’all, I’m still getting stronger and seeing changes at 38! 🥹💪🏼

No matter what age you are or what season of life you’re in, it’s never too late to start doing something for YOU. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just give yourself 21 days and see what happens!

It’s not too late to join me for Fit for Fall! Comment “FALL” and I’ll send you the link. Let’s do this together! ❤️🔥🍂
