Domestic Abuse is NEVER ok! Even when the abuser apologises and comforts you, this should NEVER happen. You did NOT deserve it, you never have or ever will deserve to be hurt! This scene was so emotional and incredibly hard to film and I hope when it is released it helps to highlight the huge problem. You will see the mental manipulation of the abuser making the victim feel like it was their fault and they deserved it! If anyone is suffering at the hands of an abuser during lockdown or is concerned for someone they know then please contact the National Domestic abuse Helpline 08082000247 and get support #domesticviolence #nationaldomesticabusehelpline #itsnotok #actress #actor #film #tv

#tb 14 years ago today I told this girl I was having a baby. I was absolutely terrified and completely overwhelmed. She never left my side ( I even dragged her into the hospital with me ) and never has since! Here with my forever friend @carysrees and me 3 months pregnant, we could tell some stories. The incredible highs and the horrendous lows but we came out stronger! #girls #FridayVibes #friends #throwback #pregnancy #foreverfriends

I truly believe this to be true. Pushing through dejection and despair isn't easy, but if you stay focused on your goal you'll push through and rise up, when you do, embrace those moments because they'll make you appreciate your success even more.

More emails going out and a giant protein shake to keep me company. One feature film in development and a sequel in the works.
