there are weekends that feel like time pauses for a moment.
this one was the 14th edition of A Journey to the Heart 🤍

a house, countless breaths, movements, tears, laughter.
spaces where walls disappear and what remains is simply presence.
gentle eyes meeting, hands supporting, hearts opening a little wider.

these retreats always remind me that softness is not fragility.
it is courage.
it is choosing connection over distance, listening over noise, love over fear.

thank you for the trust you bring into these spaces,
for the honesty, the vulnerability, the invisible threads of togetherness that form so naturally between strangers.

and a very special thank you to @popo_hmt & @sarahjoyoga .
for the unseen work, the meals prepared with love, the constant good mood, the grounding energy.
you are more than support, you are part of the soul of these retreats.

the next gathering is already calling ✨
may 14–17
french & english edition
20 minutes from Paris in Uber.

a few days to breathe slower, move deeper, reconnect softer.
to return, not somewhere new, but closer to ourselves, and to one another.

✨ dm for info ✨

Natural & Trust-focused @himdayaherbal

“When taste speaks for itself ✨

@magdalenasmagnificenttravels and @naemorenae tried Himdaya Herbal Organic Salt
crafted naturally at @jackpahadihomestay, with pure and honest flavor 🌿

They came curious. They left believing. witnessed the journey of Himdaya Herbal Organic Salt —
from natural ingredients collected in the mountains,
to being slowly crafted by hand on the silbatta.🥰✨

They felt the aroma, tasted the depth of flavor,
and experienced the authenticity that only nature can create.
That moment of realization — this is real, this is pure —
is what Himdaya Herbal truly stands for 🌿✨”**

Our journey with Magdalena began last year, when we first met and traveled together through the Himalayas. That shared experience created a bond so special that she decided to return to India once again and spend time with us in the mountains. This time, Magdalena stayed at our homestay for 10 beautiful days, becoming part of our family and community. From joyful community dinners and cooking in the shared kitchen to learning chapati-making and preparing Himalayan herbal salt with our host Meena Ji, she embraced every moment with an open heart. Her love for the Himalayas, curiosity for local traditions, and gentle presence filled our home with warmth. Hosting Magdalena was not just a stay—it was a continuation of a meaningful journey. Thank you for coming back to us. 🌿✨
