Upper body work today, I've been doing a new split for few weeks now and I'm feeling good about it. Usually I do a pull, push, legs split and I've had great results. But I've been on that for almost two years and felt like I wanted to focus on more leg growth so I switched it up. I'm now on an upper, lower, push, pull, legs split and it's been great so far.

Today's push:

Incline Smith machine bench - 3 sets 10 reps
Seated Iso row - 3 sets 10 reps
Underhand Iso pulldown - 3 sets 10 reps
Seated machine chest press - 3 sets 10 reps
Cable lateral raise - 3 sets 10x12 reps
Cable tricep extension - 3 sets 12 reps
Baysian cable curls - 3 sets 12 reps

After all that I'll finish it off with a reverse forearm curl, and wrap it up. I had the day one homie @justintofishin in there with me getting after it, we've been rockin hard for the last two years and I couldn't be more proud of him. Tried a new gym, @coloradoirongym we were definitely loving it. Might be the new home.

Train hard.

I’m dropping my follow up to my first ever album “sedated summer” on April 4th! This has been an ongoing project in the background for me for the last few years. I’m really proud of it and would love if you would give it a listen! Massive thanks to all my friends/collaborators! From the beats to the production and artwork we’ve continued to do everything “in house” and this one is no different! SEDATED SUMMER 2. P lane!!! #hiphop #alternative #newmusic

GC with the dudes was another smash. Couldn't find big mama, but plenty of fish top side and a whole lot more learned. Seriously cannot exaggerate how much I enjoy this time of year and love making memories with my brothers.
