We’re turning this space into a listening room. 🎶

Two artists. One intimate room. A night built around actually listening to the music.

No need to know who’s performing. That’s part of the fun.

Detroit, come sit with us. 🎶

On August 23, we’re turning the room into a listening room.

Live music. Intimate setting. Artists worth discovering. And a room full of people who actually came to listen.

No fighting to hear over the crowd. No watching the whole show through somebody’s phone. Just artists, audience, and the music between us.

Detroit Artist Spotlight 🎶

There’s no shortage of incredible talent in Detroit.

We recently had the chance to experience Falooshh live, and their blend of bedroom pop, R&B, alternative influences, and live trumpet created one of those performances that reminds you why intimate live music matters.

At Common Thread Detroit, we’re passionate about highlighting artists who make our creative community stronger.

If you haven’t listened to @falooshh yet, this is your sign.

Who’s another Detroit artist we should check out?

Most nights out are loud.

This isn’t one of them.

Queer Voices is an intimate live music experience where the focus isn’t on the bar, the crowd, or the algorithm—it’s on connection.

The kind of night where you discover a new artist, meet new people, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Join us Thursday as we celebrate queer artists, storytelling, and community in Detroit.

Sometimes the best part of a night out isn’t knowing exactly what to expect.

It’s finding yourself in a room full of people, discovering incredible artists, and sharing a moment like this together.

That’s what we’re creating again this Thursday for Queer Voices.

An intimate evening of live music, community, and connection.
