🍂 Coffee & Currently Reading + Weekly Camera Crumbs 🍂 🧡🍂🍁 Happy Saturday! 🍁🍂🧡 I'm currently doing a Buddy Read of Soul Searching with my friend @justyourbasicbookstagram and I'm loving it!! (I'm so thankful @leoras_bookshelf sent me this book!) I'm drinking pumpkin 🎃 spice coffee in my new coffee mug that my husband and kids gave me for my birthday. It's been a VERY busy and full week. Lots of time in the car, lots of time with family and friends. Highlights were my birthday, when my husband and I went to Newport, RI. We visited the Newport Public Library, Charter Books (I'll have a full post about that store soon!) and a delicious lunch just the two of us. A second highlight was my trip to New Haven, CT to meet my dear bookstagram friend @thischarmingreader. We went out for breakfast and spent time walking around the Yale campus. ✨ My first five star read of the year ✨ Warrior Princess Assassin was the slow burn yearning fantasy romance that I’ve been absolutely craving! I have been in the worst reading slump, but this story has revived my spark—seriously I can’t remember the last time I stayed up until 2AM because I just couldn’t put the book down! Within the first few chapters I already had tears in my eyes. You can tell how deeply these characters care for each other and Brigid writes the story in a way that truly makes a reader FEEL. I experienced so many emotions while reading— I laughed, I cried, I felt anger, sorrow, joy, and so much more. The characters are well developed and I loved learning about the backstory for each of them—seeing how their experiences shaped not only who they became but also who they want to become and what they want to accomplish for the future Astranza and Incendar. @brigidkemmerer , This book was absolutely incredible and I can’t wait to read the next book! 🍂Cozy Fall Vibes🍂 I've been trying to make all my posts lately as cozy as possible because this is my favorite time of year!
