This weekend I passed the exam to be a fitness coach. Back in Circus School we learned a lot about how to train in a systematic and sustainable way. By doing the fitness coach licenses I gained more theoretical background information. Now I feel ready to help individuals to archive their training goals in a healthy and progressive way! Contact me if you’re interested! 🙌🏼🥳 // \\ #fitnesscoaching #circus #calesthenicgirls #girlswithmuscels #strongbodyandmind #pumpendiggapumpen #kickingass #functionaltraining #bodyweightworkout

We walked for a couple of hours up the mountain through forest. The higher we got up the colder it got, the more the path was covered with snow and ice. After a while the forest stopped, and we got into this valley like plateau - no human beings, white snow, white clouds, blue sky. The peak on the right was our final destination. #travel #mountains #bluesky #austria #hiking #snow #nature
