Welcome to Apex. 🖤

Apex is an account dedicated to our athletes – the people, the progress, the competitions, and all the work that happens both on and off the stage.

June and Tim have been competing themselves since 2022, and have been active in the bodybuilding community ever since, both as athletes and coaches. Over the past few years, we have been part of Team Toppform, and we are incredibly grateful for the time, the people, and the collaboration we have had there! 🫶🏻

Now, a new chapter begins.

The goal with Apex is not to be the biggest, but to focus on close guidance, development, and – above all – our passion for the sport. A community. 🖤💚

Surprise!
I decided to follow my hearts desires and it led me to bodybuilding.
I’ve wanted to get really disciplined with training and nutrition for a long time, and I’ve had many great periods, but I always hit a wall.
So I decided to reach out and get a coach.

So lucky to have found my coach @juuneha (she is a beast!) and so excited for the road ahead.

Here’s some photos from my first month working towards my first bodybuilding show🏋️‍♀️

I love everything i do in life, otherwise i wouldn't do it. I'm not the best at social media so posting and showing what goes on is not something i naturally do, but im trying to improve😊

I don't coach for placings or medals.
I coach with the purpose of making sure the client is happy with their look, that they grow and get the best out of their physique, but also grow mentally as a person.
But obviously it makes me extremely happy to see them get the recognition they deserve and the placings they deserve🥇

This season was a big one. A load of gold medals, silver, bronze and top5s at every show. 4 shows in 5 weeks and we still have 1 more to go in a few weeks for some of them. Me and @juuneha do a lot of this together, talking strategy, posing and tweaks across athletes of every division, and it works out great.

Super proud of everything single one of you. I require a lot of you and i hold you to hard standards, but its all from a place of love❤️

On to the next one☝🏻
