Welcome to Apex. 🖤

Apex is an account dedicated to our athletes – the people, the progress, the competitions, and all the work that happens both on and off the stage.

June and Tim have been competing themselves since 2022, and have been active in the bodybuilding community ever since, both as athletes and coaches. Over the past few years, we have been part of Team Toppform, and we are incredibly grateful for the time, the people, and the collaboration we have had there! 🫶🏻

Now, a new chapter begins.

The goal with Apex is not to be the biggest, but to focus on close guidance, development, and – above all – our passion for the sport. A community. 🖤💚 taken in Asker, Norway by @trtlarsen

😌✌🏻⏳ by @trtlarsen

I love everything i do in life, otherwise i wouldn't do it. I'm not the best at social media so posting and showing what goes on is not something i naturally do, but im trying to improve😊

I don't coach for placings or medals.
I coach with the purpose of making sure the client is happy with their look, that they grow and get the best out of their physique, but also grow mentally as a person.
But obviously it makes me extremely happy to see them get the recognition they deserve and the placings they deserve🥇

This season was a big one. A load of gold medals, silver, bronze and top5s at every show. 4 shows in 5 weeks and we still have 1 more to go in a few weeks for some of them. Me and @juuneha do a lot of this together, talking strategy, posing and tweaks across athletes of every division, and it works out great.

Super proud of everything single one of you. I require a lot of you and i hold you to hard standards, but its all from a place of love❤️

On to the next one☝🏻 by @trtlarsen

What a weekend 🤩❤️

Did my first ever pro qualifier and finally got to stand in the line up I want to be in! 😍

I brought my absolute best package yet and I couldn’t be more proud of myself ❤️ Stage photos will be posted when I get them ❤️

I got 10th place in a class with 12 people, so we’ve got work to do 😎

Yet again I want to thank you ride or die brother and coach @trtlarsen for everything and my beautiful girlfriend @louiself93 that supports me and helps me every step of the way through this journey ❤️

Thank you all for all of your support, I am eternally grateful for everything and I truly have never been happier ❤️

One more show now next weekend and then we start working on version 2.0 🔥 We’re going to pack on as much muscle as we can as effectively as we can 😈 As Arnold said: I’ll be back 😎 taken in Södertälje stadsscen by @trtlarsen

Time goes by and at some point you realize you are where the younger you dreamed of being.

2022 vs 2026

Just some dude wanting to do something different, and said to himself "i don't know if i could ever be like those big guys, but lets try"

Here we are. At the start of the staircase into "big guys territory"

You did it little dude, you did it. by @trtlarsen

The most beautiful person put on this earth has her birthday today🥳

From meeting at the gym randomly, asking if i was using the machine you wanted, going through preps together, getting a house together and continuing to do life our way is more than i ever expected.

I would say i love you with all my heart, but my quads are bigger so i'll say i love you with all my quads. Æ e ditt meathead❤️

Love you baby
