Team Crew @eliseskjo - Women’s Bikini 💎

Elise wrapped up her second competition season on the World Championship stage in November 2025. She started working with @juuneha over a year and a half ago, and after completing a full competition season together, she’s now well into her improvement season! 🩵

Elise is a young athlete with a genuine love for the sport, big goals, and a story that sets her apart. Living with both ME and Graves’ disease means she has less energy to work with and additional challenges to navigate compared to most athletes. This makes her mindset, determination, and sheer willpower all the more admirable. We see so much potential in this girl and can’t wait to see what the future holds! 👑🔥 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @iman_dhillonz - Classic Physique 💥

Iman made his bodybuilding debut this spring, competing in both NPC and IFBB in Classic Physique and Classic Bodybuilding!

His journey is about so much more than bodybuilding. From struggling with addiction years ago to turning his life around and stepping onto the bodybuilding stage, Iman has come an incredibly long way. His journey is a testament to his strength, determination, and resilience, and something that deserves an enormous amount of respect.

The debut is done, and now the work continues! Iman is an absolute machine, putting in the work during his improvement season as he builds toward his next time on stage. 💪🏻 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @sigridns - Women’s Figure 💚
Sigrid has been competing for over a decade, and this was her fifth season! That makes becoming Norway’s 2026 Bodyfitness Champion even sweeter. 🏆🇳🇴

She competed in both IFBB Bodyfitness and NPC Figure this season, earning some incredible placings along the way! Since starting to work with @trtlarsen , she’s made tremendous progress in a short amount of time. As the boss says: Queen of Shape! 👑🔥

And the best part? Her season isn’t over just yet! One final show for this season awaits her in a few weeks. Stay tuned! 😈 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @louisevknight - Women’s Bikini 🩵

Louise did her debut in the spring 2024 season in IFBB and competed at the same time as @juuneha and @trtlarsen . Since that season ended, we started working together towards one goal: her comeback, this time in NPC, where we see huge potential for this young athlete! 🔥

Louise is still in her improvement season, and we can’t wait to see her step on stage again! ⏳😈 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @progresjon_ruud - Classic Physique 💥

Morten came to @trtlarsen with the goal of making his debut, and they started working together in the fall of 2025. By spring 2026, he was already on stage, showcasing an impressive physique! In a short amount of time, he put in the work and took on a double season, competing in both NPC and IFBB. 💪🏼

Morten is now in his offseason, eating, growing, and building — still showing up to cheer on his teammates in the meantime! 🤩 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @emilietorgersen - Fit Model 🩷

Emilie started out as an IFBB Bikini athlete, but halfway through her first prep, it became clear to us that she had incredible potential in NPC Fit Model. We went ahead with a double season, competing one show in IFBB Bikini while keeping Fit Model as the main focus. ✨

Taking on two classes across two federations, with different posing requirements, as a debut athlete is so impressive! Emilie embraces every challenge and puts in the work.

A promising Fit Model athlete with a clear plan for her improvement season, continue working with @juuneha We don’t think it’ll be long before she’s back on stage! 😈🔥 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @elise_wiik - Women’s Bikini ❤️

Elise started working with @juuneha over a year ago, and six months ago, this fierce Bikini Junior athlete made her debut! She took on a double season, competing in both IFBB and NPC. 🔥

Despite having only worked together for a short time before prep began, Elise made an incredible start to her fitness journey, earning great placings and valuable feedback that we’re now building on!

Elise is also one you’ll find in the audience, always there to cheer on everyone else while we wait for her comeback in the future.💃🏼😍 by @teamapex_coaching

Team Crew @solty86fit - Fit Model ❤️
Solty was the first athlete in Norway to compete in Fit Model, already back in 2023 at the Arnold Classic. Naturally, she was also the first to compete when Fit Model made its debut in Norway in 2025. ✨

After five seasons in IFBB, competing in both Bikini and Fit Model, she started working with @juuneha . This season she made her debut in a new federation — NPC Fit Model — with some great placings! 🏆

There’s no doubt we’ve found the perfect class for Solty. She’s now in her improvement season, working hard to come back even stronger. 😎🔥

Team Crew: @adriannazatek - Women’s Bikini 🔥

This is Zatek’s third season, and this time she made her debut in a new federation — NPC! She has previously competed in both WNBF and IFBB.

After finishing her spring 2025 season at the IFBB European Championships, we went into the offseason in May 2025 with one goal in mind: an NPC debut in the fall of 2026.

Adrianna has made an incredible amount of progress over the past year with @juuneha by her side. She has one final show of the season coming up in Poland on October 31st, and we couldn’t be more excited! 💥 by @teamapex_coaching

Jóhann made his debut this fall after 1.5 years of working with @trtlarsen . What a powerhouse of a debut season across both NPC and IFBB — bringing home some gold along the way! 🏆

Jóhann is now heading into his improvement season, and we’re already excited to see what he brings to the stage next time around.
