POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Movement should feel less like a chore and more like play 🗣️

Yes, structure matters. Rehab matters. Blah blah blah.

But so does pushing yourself, trying unfamiliar movements and potentially embarrassing yourself along the way (…and *optional* documenting the entire thing in a well edited reel consumable for your peers to enjoy and laugh “with” you 🤣)

This entire post started with a silly DM (you know who you are 😡) but ends as a reminder to #MakeMovementFunAgain

60 minutes of work ➡️ 60 seconds on the screen.

From varsity lights to everyday life, the @patternsofmovement standard remains. 💯

It’s not everyday I get to work with elite athletes, but when @istvxn__.20 says he’s back in town for a weekend every minute counts. ⏳💪🏾🏈 What’s unseen is the work ethic, the education, and active care rehab that keeps him game ready when it matters most. #chiro #massage #rehab
