10/10 was 10/10

SNTY. Finally officially opened its doors yesterday, October 10 on World Mental Health Day.

This was no coincidence.

SANITY is more than a name. It is our purpose.
It wasn’t thought up by a marketing agency it was deliberately chosen for a genuine reason with real meaning behind it.

We are a gym. We are a CrossFit gym. This is your space to disconnect from the world. Connect with yourself and the community. And give time for your health and wellness.

We are a space where you will be supported, motivated, celebrated, and challenged to do things you never imagined.

A place you get to be who you want to become.

We are for anyone looking to ‘Live a Life They Love’, through training for a healthier body and mind.

In this crazy world, find your SNTY.

Before we have even opened the doors y’all are already showing up.

NOW that’s what we call a community.

We are getting closer. Closer to making this place LOUD, ALIVE and RELENTLESS. Thank you for your patience.

Once that roller door goes up, there’s no going back, we start as we mean to go on, and ‘The M O V E M E N T’ begins.

ARE YOU READY❓

👀 Keep ya peepers open for announcements THIS WEEK. -Sign up with the link in our bio to keep in the know-

Celebrating and showing up for one another is what this community does BEST… and oh WOW did they show it this morning.

The crew took @j_enn_aaa by total surprise with all the birthday love. ❤️ 🥳🎉🎂

I turned up to the gym this morning to do my ‘favourite’ job, painting walls… went into the cupboard and came out to find EVERYONE!

HERE.
FOR.
ME!!
😳🤗🥳

OMG what a surprise. What an awesome unexpected surprise.

Honestly, I had no idea (I’d have put some makeup on and at least brushed my hair 🤣🤣🤣. Ok you know I wouldn’t have brushed my hair!)

When I say this group of friends are something else, THIS is what I’m talking about.

So many things they could have been doing this morning… but they chose to be here for me with love, plants, cake, and spectacular live balloon art courtesy of @thegeorgiebarney - what that guy can do with rubber.

I am blown away.

THANK YOU!! Thank you to you all for making this old bird feel so loved, cared for, and bringing so much happiness.
And thank you for your individual birthday wish for me, such a beautiful idea @avahoya 🤗 I BLOODY LOVE that you did that and il listen to them all again later.

Love you all so very much. 🙏🏼🎉🩷🥰🎂

….Now back to pairing my walls!!

Some things you just can’t program. And community is one of them.

Creating a space for people who want to be here, who make room & time for each other, who show up NOT just for themselves but for the people around them. That’s kinda special.

When it starts out as ‘just fitness’ and turns into a lifestyle you know you’ve found the right place. You know you’ve found YOUR place.
