⚡️Friday February FYIs and FAQs⚡️Some good scoop as we head into this winter weekend, ready to work.it.out. ⁠ ⚡️About the Waitlist:⁠ We have very small waitlists (3 for Reformer and 4 for Group), with the intention that you’ll get into class, so please plan accordingly. You will be automatically added to class up to an hour before its start time.⁠ ⁠ ⚡️Management Queen:⁠ Our full-time Studio Manager Lauren is your go-to for all things membership, payments, and most admin inquiries. You can reach her quickly at Lauren@soulfuelfitness.ca or arrange a call. Lauren is in studio on Thursdays, if you want to connect IRL.⁠ ⁠ ⚡️Software Change:⁠ Yes, it’s happening at the end of the month. You’ll receive information via email, and we anticipate a seamless and simple transition for our clients. As with all change, there will be an adjustment period, but mostly we’re excited for the user-friendliness and new features in our near future.⁠ ⁠ ⚡️More Reformer Classes:⁠ We’re thrilled you’re enjoying the gift of the glide that’s been added to our all-inclusive memberships. $15 for a small group reformer class is pretty amazing. ⚡️Call for Artwork⚡️We’re doing a bit of a refresh over the holidays. Along with that we are going to remove any of our retro photo prints (like the ones here) in place of something else... maybe that’s your artwork?⁠ ⁠ If you’re a local visual artist who would like to display your artwork at the studio to a captive audience, we would be delighted to showcase your work - any sales are all yours. We have room for another couple of artists. You can pull, switch or take them back anytime.⁠ ⁠ Might we also suggest buying a piece from one of our current artists on display (slide right)? All special and affordable pieces for any loved-one’s home. ⚡️Celebrating SIX Years⚡️September 7 came and went, as we focus on all that’s going on this Fall - and save energy for our biggest event yet... wait for it :)⁠ ⁠ So. Six. What a ride, a really beautiful one, full of ups and arounds, learning and growth, and building relationships with so many incredible humans. THANK YOU ALL for being a part of it. ⁠ 6 things I feel proud of at our 6 year marker:⁠ ⁠ ⚡️Our Vision & Values remain strong. No matter the noise or trends, we stay the course. ⚡️We opened 6 months before Covid and we survived. I will forever thank everyone who supported us through those 2 years.⁠ ⚡️Most of our team has been with us 4 years+. This is a transient career and business, so that says a lot. I hope we all grow old together;) ⚡️We started with 20 weekly classes, 20 weekly PT sessions, with just Laurie running the shop. We now have 75 weekly classes, 75 weekly PT sessions and 30 staff!!!⁠ ⚡️Phrases most commonly used in reviews and comments to describe us: amazing instructors, so much choice, great workouts, kind & welcoming, my happy place, FUN.⁠ ⚡️Everyone is glad to be here, both staff and clients. The vibes are GOOD. We are lucky to exhibit some of it on our studio walls for your visual stimulation and enjoyment - and for artist promotion and purchase. Currently at the studio: JYOTI DADHICH: A longtime Front Desk Associate (back from S Korea this summer!) and an incredibly talented visionary artist and designer. @jyotiddesigns MARGARET GDYCZNSKI: Who doesn’t love a coffee shop!? Margaret takes the love of these sacred caffeinated spaces and enhances their aesthetic vibes. @coffeecoreconfession TAMI NOA LEVY: Upstairs you can view the series of 12 + 1 Canadian animals, one for each province plus a surprise! Incredible drawings and can be purchased individually for $40, pick your fave animal and/or collect. @_tamo_tamo_tamo_ Please reach out to artists direct for inquiries or purchases. We have space for more if you’re an artist in our community looking to exhibit in a busy third space. Any sales are all yours.
