NEW MONTH. NEW CLIENT SPOTLIGHT. 🎃 👻

Meet Rupert Jenkins, our October Client Spotlight!

At 17 years old, Rupert has been training at ADAPT for the past 7 months with Jordan, and he’s been putting in the work.

So, why ADAPT?

For Rupert, it came down to the people and the community. He’d heard great things about Jordan, his mom had trained here, and he liked the close-knit feel of ADAPT.

And what has he accomplished?

Strength. Muscle. Athletic ability.
His answer? “Everything.”

We asked Rupert what advice he’d give another member looking to reach their goals.

His answer was short and sweet:

“Choose Jordan!” 😂

We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.

Congratulations, Rupert! Keep putting in the work. We’re excited to see what’s next. 💪

🚨Athletes, there are levels to plyos, train them properly!

We often see young athletes wanting to do the coolest most intense plyometric exercises they see on the internet without developing a solid base. Think of Plyometrics as a slow bake process and properly progress them to get more explosive and avoid injury.

If you’re a Lake Norman area athlete and you want to take your performance to the next level check us out @adaptperformancecenter. Like, Share, and Follow for more training content.

Yesterday was pure futsal.

High tempo, constant movement, quick decisions, and players taking responsibility on the ball. These moments come from players who are willing to train, compete, and keep putting themselves in demanding environments.

This is what growth looks like in action. Learning through pressure. Competing with purpose. Finding solutions when the game gets fast and physical.

Proud of how our teams showed up yesterday. This is the work that builds real futsal players.
