When I look at these photos, I think about how lucky I am that it’s @jzmnfyl beside me through everything it takes to get a painting on the wall.

Jazmin is my best friend. My partner in all of this. She helps me find my balance when I get lost in my own world, and reminds me to enjoy the life we’re making along the way.

I couldn’t do what I do without her. I hope she always knows how much of this I get to do because she’s by my side.

A special piece for a beautiful human.

@homewithkesia brought @jzmnfyl and me into each other’s lives. When we eloped at San Francisco City Hall, she was our only witness.

It’s hard to put into words what someone means to you when so much of the life you love traces back to them.

For her wedding to @coloradoboyson , we wanted to bring them something personal.

This painting began as one large canvas that I eventually cut into two separate works. 036.π₁ stayed with us. And when we thought about what to give Kesia, 138.ν₁ felt right.

The day before their wedding, we surprised them with it. We chose a spot together, and I got to hang it in their home.

We joked that it was a portal between their house and ours.

Now I look at the half in our room and think about the half in theirs. I couldn’t have known any of this when I was making it. That’s become one of my favorite things about painting, the life a piece gets to have after it leaves my hands.

Kesia, thank you for introducing us. For standing beside us. We love you and Brian, and getting to be there for your beginning meant so much. ❤️❤️❤️

it’s so easy to spend an entire day thinking about what’s missing.

what hasn’t happened yet. what i wish was different. where i thought i’d be by now.

those thoughts can get so loud that i overlook things that i’ll miss someday. a quiet morning. a conversation with @jzmnfyl . an ordinary day with time to myself.

i want to give those things more of my attention.

i have things i’m working on and days where i feel unsure. i’m trying to leave room for all of that and still appreciate the life i get to wake up in.

there’s a lot here i once hoped for. 🌈

@jzmnfyl and I spent this past weekend at Medicine, a @dojo.mod retreat in Pegram. A short drive from Nashville, surrounded by trees, beautiful architecture, and a quiet that didn’t need filling. Rain came and went. We put our phones away.

I brought a canvas I’d built and a few painting supplies. Usually, I paint first and decide on the dimensions later. This time, the edges were already there. Different tools, a different setting, and no music in the background. Just the sounds of where we were.

By the time we packed up to leave, the painting felt complete. That’s unusual for me. I’m learning to listen more closely to what a painting is telling me, including when to leave it alone.

My best friend is getting married in 15 days!!!
It’s got me reminiscing about the best weekend ever, her bachelorette party in Joshua Tree 🏜️
Celebrating Kesia is easy because she’s the absolute best and everyone adores her ♥️
This was such an amazing trip with these exceptional women! So much new and old love, bonding, connection, healing and FUN! So grateful for the new friendships and memories to last a lifetime

Hi, I’m Jazmin 👋

I’m a Nashville real estate agent, wife to Ricky, and a 1/3 Emotional Projector in Human Design.

Human Design helps me understand how people use their energy and make decisions. As a Projector, I naturally notice people, patterns, and systems. I learn through research and experience, and I give important decisions time.

Ricky and I returned to Nashville in 2020 and bought our first home in East Nashville. Making it our own grew my love for homes, design, and exploring different neighborhoods. It also brought together my interests in markets, investing, and long-term security.

I care deeply about intentional living, too. That includes minimalism, meditation, nervous system care, wellness, and longevity. Home is connected to all of it. It shapes our routines, our sense of safety, and the life we have room to create.

In real estate, I’m drawn to both the feeling and the information: the character and potential of a home, the numbers behind the decision, and what genuinely fits the person making it.
