False fall, real miles.

Temps just under 50 at the start, crisp air, and a sunrise that made the early alarm worth it.

Big thanks to our Hydration Heroes Jeff G, Tina and Jon for keeping everyone watered and moving.

And congrats to Maggie on a new distance PR! Farther than ever, and we love to see it.

Can’t wait until the weekend? Join us Tuesday at 6:30pm for Hop & Sprint at Hop & Sting. Otherwise, see you Sat or Sun, 7am at the Clubhouse.

Tuesday miles with a little extra bounce.

Thanks to everyone who came out to test-run some Skechers at Hop & Sprint last night! Nothing like breaking in a new pair with your favorite people.

A big thank-you to @kateskx, our @skechers_running rep, for bringing the shoes, answering all our questions, and hanging out with the RAW crew. We loved having you!

Texas still can’t decide if it’s fall, but this weekend is leaning our way. Join us for weekend runs Sat and Sun at 7am and catch us at Hop & Sprint next Tuesday at 6:30pm. All paces and walkers welcome.

Rain or shine, RAW showed up 💛💜

Solid crew on Saturday, and Short Stack Sunday kept everyone happy. Thank you to Michael for flipping pancakes, our Hydration Heroes David and Mark for keeping us watered (as if the rain wasn’t enough), and @tifaeulesstx for bringing their new protein gelato!

Saturday is Double Trouble! Run the 5K, the 10K, or both. Registration is still open, link in bio. Then it’s back to our regular run or walk Sunday at 7am.

Can’t wait that long? Join us Tuesday at 6:30pm for Hop & Sprint at Hop & Sting Brewing Co.

See you out there!

A little taste of the cool down we’ve been waiting all summer for 🍂

A hint of cooler air, a gorgeous sunrise, and so many faces at the Clubhouse this weekend. Old friends catching up and new ones meeting for the first time.

This is our favorite part of running and walking. It just has a way of bringing people together.

Big thanks to our Hydration Heroes, Jon + Ritesh (Sat) and Maria (Sun), for keeping everyone watered.

See you Sat & Sun, 7am. And next Sunday is Short Stack Sunday, so bring your appetite for miles and pancakes. 🥞

Can’t wait that long? Join us Tuesday at 6:30pm for Hop & Sprint at Hop & Sting for a few short, social miles.

From new runners to regulars who came back for more, this weekend had a good mix out on the trails. Temps dropped just a touch, enough to get everyone talking about cooler days ahead.

Big cheers to our Berlin taper crew this week. The training’s done, the miles are in the bank, now it’s just trusting the work. Go have the race of your life.

Can’t wait until next weekend for your fix? Hop & Sprint hits Hop & Sting Tuesday at 6:30pm. Easy 3 miles, cold beer after, and a quarter of every pour goes straight to the Scholarship Fund. See you there!

Fall race season is in full swing and the calendar is filling up fast. We love seeing crews meeting up before our usual 7am start to log the extra miles together, whether you’re building toward a marathon, a half, or just chasing a new PR. We also tried our first go with Playlist Pacers this weekend, hope it added a little extra pep to your pace.

Big thanks to John K and Tiffany for covering water duty this weekend, your Hydration Heroes keeping everyone going out there.

Even on Labor Day weekend, the trails were full both mornings, with early starts for everyone training for fall races.

Sunday also brought Short Stack Sunday, with Molly and her parents on pancake duty. Water was covered by Michael on Saturday and Sakina & Dubravko on Sunday. This club runs on volunteers like them, so grab a spot on the whiteboard and join the list.

We’re back at the Clubhouse next weekend. If you don’t want to wait that long, come to Hop & Sprint on Tuesday (our social run).

That’s a wrap on August! Hot, humid, and we still showed up every Sat & Sun at 7am. This crew doesn’t quit, heat index or not. Onward to “fall” 🍂

Big thanks to Molly and Lydia for hydrating us with water duty this weekend.

Next weekend is Short Stack Sunday, pancakes after the run, so come hungry. Can’t wait that long? Hop & Sprint hits Hop & Sting Brewing Co. every Tues at 6:30pm.

Training for an Ironman takes a village and I’m thankful for my @lakegrapevineruns running village! It has been especially brutal in Texas this August, but knowing we are all in it together helps make the hot miles better. Just have the post run champagne chilled for us, apparently we are bougie that way!

Training season is officially kicking in for some, and that’s great, but this is still very much a “run at your own pace, show up when you can” crew. This weekend had a little of everything, folks chasing goals and folks just out for a good time.

Don’t forget we’ve got Hop & Sprint on Tues, 6:30pm at Hop & Sting. And we’ll be back at it on Sat and Sun, 7am at the clubhouse.

Receipt from last night’s Hop & Sprint. Some earned the beer, some just enjoyed it.

100+ degrees didn’t scare everyone off. A few laced up and got the miles in, a few showed up just for the company and the cold ones after. Both are exactly what Hop & Sprint is about.

Tuesdays, 6:30pm, Hop & Sting Brewing. See you out there, running or not.

One more weekend of easy summer mornings before the school year kicks off for a lot of our families.

Grateful for every runner, walker, cyclist, and dog who shared the trails with us this weekend, whatever pace got you there.

Can’t make it back to the clubhouse next weekend? Catch us Tues at 6:30pm at Hop & Sting Brewery for easy miles and a cold one after.
