I don’t even know if I have the words to describe what tonight meant to us. ❤️‍🔥 🎙️✨

Our FIRST EVER live audience broadcast… and we put together something that felt so special. 🎙️🙌🎉

To Jer Gregg, thank you for trusting us with something this special. To EVERYONE who showed up, brought the energy, laughed with us, partied with us, and made this night what it was… THANK YOU. 🙏🏼✨🥳

The energy was ELECTRIC. There were moments of pure joy, moments that brought us to tears, and a feeling in that room that’s hard to put into words. It was more than an album listening party. It felt like witnessing the beginning of something new. A different way to experience music. A new era of how music is shared, consumed, and truly CARED FOR. 🎶🔥🎸

I’m walking away from this with a heart full of gratitude and a fire in me that’s burning hotter than ever. Nights like this remind me WHY we do what we do. Why we believe in the power of real people, real stories, and bringing this city together through something bigger than ourselves. ❤️🔥🙏

If you thought we were motivated before… WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED. 🚀⚡️🔥

For the love of Nashville, stay tuned for what'snext. ❤️‍🔥🎸🌃

GOD WILL NEVER PUT YOU IN A PLACE OR SITUATION WHERE HE IS UNABLE TO PROTECT YOU. 🙏🏽

I’ve learned that trusting God doesn’t mean life won’t get difficult. It means believing that even in the middle of uncertainty, His presence is greater than my circumstances.

I may not understand the season I’m in, but I trust the One who’s walking through it with me. Faith doesn’t mean the absence of storms. It means knowing WHO holds you through them.

Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep trusting Jesus.

Strength is more than muscle. FORTIS is who you become. ©

To my Bruh, Brofessor, Brovolone Cheese, that beard guy I hang out with… one of my all-time favorites.

Sometimes life hands you a person you never knew you needed, and somehow you end up building businesses, solving problems, talking about life, laughing at things that probably aren’t funny, and occasionally wondering how two people can be this ridiculous and still get anything accomplished.

You make the business side of life more fun, but it’s the level of friendship behind it all that means the most to me. The kind where you can have a serious conversation about life one minute and be absolute idiots the next. No pretending, no keeping score, just showing up and figuring it out together.

We’ve been through enough to know that partnerships aren’t always easy, and lasting friendships aren’t built on just the good days. Ours has been forged in fire, strengthened by the hard stuff, and kept entertaining by an impressive amount of nonsense.

You have a way of challenging me, making me think differently, and seeing possibilities when I’m too busy looking at the obstacles. You know how to call me out, build me up, and make me laugh when I need it most. And you do all of that without ever needing me to say a word.

The truth is, people who make a real difference in your life don’t always do it with grand gestures. Sometimes they do it by being consistently themselves, standing beside you when things get messy, believing in you, and making the journey a whole lot better along the way.

So happy birthday T! I’m beyond grateful for our friendship, proud of what we’re building, and thankful that out of all the people I could have ended up doing this crazy journey with, I got you.

Now go celebrate, you Tragic Unit and keep being the best human. 💛#stillstanding #epicadventures #birthdaylove

Happy birthday to my amazing husband! You’re hardworking, loyal, caring, fun, smart, wise, handsome—and so much more than I could ever fit into one post. You love our four grown kids and two grandkids with your whole heart, and seeing the way you show up for our family makes me love and admire you even more. I’m so grateful to share this life with you. I hope your day is filled with all the love and happiness you give to everyone around you. We love you so much!

The holiday season moves fast. Your nervous system may appreciate a pause before it does. 🍂

In Chinese Medicine, the ear is considered a microsystem, a small map of the whole body. Group Ear Acupuncture uses gentle points on the ear that many people find deeply relaxing, and some use it to support sleep, stress, and mental clarity.

Join Dr. Jackee Shu for a small-group bilateral (both sides) ear acu session followed by an open Q&A. No experience needed, and you can come as you are.
