It can’t be true

That you’re another STAT.

Another data point added to the list of humans that gain 5-7 lbs between Thanksgiving and New Years.

Or hit that seasonal depression slump without a net to catch you before it gets too bad.

It can’t happen on my watch if you’re following me.

Why?

Because radical accountability saved my life and I’m on a mission to save yours from existing at the

“I am eh, just surviving”

——

You know what that indicates at a deeper level?

🚩 downward spiral
🚩no purpose
🚩lack of clarity
🚩hopelessness
🚩teetering on the verge of hitting a wall.

What if you had radical accountability before ever spiraling?

Self awareness and data points to reflect at a logical level, rather emotionally charged level?

💯 days back to you is going to solidify the habits you need to lose and keep off the weight of anxiety and stress.

We all know the things to do, but do we actually believe we can sustain it?

Time to throw out the trash 🗑

In our minds & realize what are actually capable of and no longer defining our limitations that create this lukewarm bath water feeling of success.

I mentor women as budding business owners.

New bootcamp babes.

Along with those who have BEEN IN THE game of health and wellness.

I’ve even mentored women who’ve failed in their own eyes at NWM, their own health journey using apps and online groups, but here’s what’s different about this a July.

We are all in on Re-birthing our thoughts and the stories that play in our head.

Want to guess what I ask FIRST in our customer or coach questionarre?

1. What is your ideal day and life look like? From the very details of wake up to sunset.

I want to know if what it would take to get you there and to keep that at the forefront, then reverse engineer to get there.

But first the stories we enslave ourselves to have ro END.

This is your beginning and it starts this week with me by dropping a 🔥 below AND filling out my bootcamp application in my bio!

What a wonderful weekend with @emlmcmillen and @scottymac720! Haven't seen them in real life since I was pregnant with Codie (before the pandemic)... and this visit was so special for all of us. Thankful to have them here to keep us busy with lots of adventures and laughs during the 20th anniversary of the devastating September 11th attacks.
1) Lunch at Stone Brewing
2) Birch Aquarium
3) Also Birch Aquarium... overlooking Scripps Pier and La Jolla cove
4-7) Snorkel morning in la Jolla cove exploring some of the caves and cool ocean creatures and plants. This made possible by Clare @kodkmomnts823 who took one for the team and stayed on land with Codie. We all linked up after for coffee and breakfast. Super clear and hardly any people and no kayakers getting in the way.
8) Sunset Cliffs post evening surf. Emma watched Codie and we got in the water! Waves were small and weird, but still so much fun to get in and share my fave spot with Scott. Casey got all the waves last night like a surf magician!
9) Codie climbing on Emma's back (sooo cute) in our makeshift living room/dining room kitchen situation since the kitchen isn't quite done yet. Don't mind the boxes and odd setup. Just soak in their sweet bond.
10) This morning's Shelter Island walk with a cool bougainvillea pergola picture.
🇺🇲🥨🐠🤿❤️🏄‍♀️. We did more things than we photo documented, but that's the gist! It's a wrap! Thanks guys for such a great time! @caseyvannolson @tvanngram @its.loloxo part of the mix too... families on both sides!!!

Oiselle Tenacious Ten & Seattle Girls Weekend

Hearing @fleshmanflyer thoughts on why we should race hit close to home. She touched on the fact that not every race needs to be performance driven. Yes, we race because we care, we race because we can can, but we also need to race because it’s awesome!

This weekend, I raced because I mostly care, but made sure to remember that I am racing because I can and because it sure is awesome to prove to myself that I have what it takes to reach a goal.
This weekend, I also made new friends, spent time with amazing women, and explored the beauty of Seattle. Huge thanks to @laurenmariefoley for showing us the beauty of Seattle within the Fremont & Ballard neighborhoods and Golden Gardens Park, @kadler54 for providing humor and making me laugh, and @jellyruns for pushing me to believe in myself
