My Creative Arts Toolkit membership schedule is set through the end of 2026! 🎨 We have a lineup of events coming up, mostly focused on EMDR and the creative arts. If you’re a clinician who’d like to sit in on a meeting and see what the community is like, send me a DM. I’d love to tell you more and help you figure out if it’s a good fit. Have a fabulous weekend! P.S. Blue matcha is sadly not included in the membership. Highly recommended anyway. 💙

Happy national coffee day! ☕️ In honor of this amazing day, I’m sharing some of my favorite go to local coffee shops! #nationcoffeeday #localcoffeeshop #vancouverwa #hispanicheritagemonth #icedcoffee Cariño Coffeehouse- they offer a variety of Hispanic inspired coffees & food in Downtown Vancouver. One of their must tries other than the one below is definitely their regular dirty horchata, it’s delicious! -Iced Pumpchata (dirty horchata with pumpkin cold foam) Fe Café- can’t decided between coffee or matcha? Why not get both. Fe Cafe offers a variety of flavors for their coffee & matcha. -Cookie Butter Latte -French Vanilla Matcha -Strawberry Matcha -Bananas & Cream Matcha Gold Cup Coffee House- Teddy Bear Latte, the perfect mix of vanilla, brown sugar, and caramel 🧸 Relevant Coffee- Piloncillo Latter, their house made syrup is inspired by a traditional Mexican unrefined whole cane sugar used in many pastries and desserts Cariño Coffeehouse- yes again, in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month ☺️ -Iced Caramelo Latte Presso Coffee Co- if you’re looking for some fun coffee and matcha flavors but not a fan of overly sweet drinks, Presso has your back. -Iced Cookie Butter Latte -Pink Cloud Matcha Compass Coffee- they have multiple locations for whatever is most convenient for you. They offer a variety of drinks including coffee and matcha. This is their fall special from last year, Pumpkin cheesecake cold foam matcha 🎃 Kafiex Roasters - not only do they have coffee but they also have pastries and food for you to try alongside your coffee! -Vanilla Latte with a Coffee Cake Muffin Baristopia- feeling adventurous and up for a drive? Stop by Baristopia for some coffee & matcha in Beaverton! - Iced Ocean Latte -Iced Rose Latte -Iced Vanilla Matcha
