Art doesn’t have to stuffy. It can be whimsical. Okay? What is whimsical in your collection?

This was Black Wall Street!—a vibrant market celebrating incredible, local Black-owned businesses as part of Black History Month. From plants and Thai tea to beautiful artwork, upholstery services, and even fencing, there was something for everyone.

Congratulations to Harambee, our incredible PO Culture Club, on another successful signature event, and thank you to all the businesses and customers who had the room buzzing. Swipe to hear directly from some of the entrepreneurs who brought this Black Wall Street to life. 🌟

Have you ever seen a “crown” gallery wall? Me either. So I decided to do one in my living room featuring pieces that show off our hair. How did I do?

Celebrating Black History Month and Black excellence at AIS! The Black Wall Street event yesterday, organized by the PO’s Harambee Culture Club, highlighted incredible local Black-owned businesses—from artists and authors, to fashion designers, jewelry makers, and even an equestrian center - including their horses! Inspired by the legacy of Tulsa’s Black Wall Street, the event honored history while supporting Atlanta’s business community. Thank you to Harambee and all those who joined in!
