The more options you develop in your movement, the more ways you have to make your Salsa feel like YOU. 💃🏻🕺🏻❤️‍🔥 Shines give us a chance to step outside of partnerwork and explore our own dancing—our footwork, body movement, musicality, textures, and the choices we want to make when it’s just us and the music. ✨ And the goal isn’t to use everything all at once. It’s about continuing to build our movement vocabulary so that, over time, we have more options to pull from when the music gives us an opportunity to play. That’s what we continue exploring in Body Movement & Shines On2—developing the confidence and freedom to bring more of ourselves into our Salsa. Join us every Tuesday at 7:30 PM for Body Movement & Shines On2 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 More options. More freedom. More room for your own Flavor & Soul. 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥 #salsa #bodymovement #salsadancing #sandiego #sandiegolifestyle

The more you train your ears, the more possibilities you start hearing in the music. 🎶❤️‍🔥 Musicality is something we can continue developing every time we listen, practice, and give ourselves opportunities to explore the relationship between the music and our movement. With consistency, we can start noticing more, the instruments, accents, changes in energy, pauses, and all those little moments that can influence the choices we make on the dance floor. 💃🏻🕺🏻✨ That’s part of what we continue training with Bryan in Mambo Footwork & Musicality. We’re not only practicing the steps; we’re developing a deeper relationship with the music behind them. Join Bryan every Thursday at 7:30 PM for Mambo Footwork & Musicality 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 Keep listening. Keep exploring. Let the music give you more to dance to. 🎶❤️‍🔥 #salsa #salsaromantica #salsadancing #sandiego #sandiegolifestyle

Mambo gives you plenty to listen to… the fun part is deciding what you’re going to do with it. 🎶❤️‍🔥 Once you start paying closer attention to what you’re hearing, footwork becomes more than a sequence of steps. You start noticing where you can play with an accent, change your texture, hold a moment, add energy, or simply let the music breathe. That’s what we explore in Mambo Footwork & Musicality—developing the timing and coordination behind our footwork while learning how to make more intentional choices with the music. Join us every Thursday at 7:30 PM for Mambo Footwork & Musicality 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 Don’t just stay on time. Give your footwork something to say. 💃🏻🕺🏻❤️‍🔥 #salsa #mambo #salsadance #sandiego #sandiegolifestyle

Give your body the space to create the movement, not just execute the step. 👀❤️‍🔥 Sometimes we get so focused on getting the step right that we forget there’s an entire body available to us while we’re dancing. In Body Movement & Shines On2, we take time to explore that—building awareness, coordination, control, and confidence while finding different ways to move through our Salsa. 💃🏻✨ The goal isn’t to add movement everywhere. It’s learning to understand your body well enough to have more choices when you dance. Join us every Tuesday at 7:30 PM for Body Movement & Shines On2 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 More awareness. More possibilities. More freedom in your movement. 🫶🏼❤️‍🔥 #salsa #bodymovement #salsaon2 #sandiego #sandiegolifestyle

Find Your Balance 🌀 A Special Masterclass This workshop is about understanding what actually helps you feel more centered, stable, and confident while you turn, and learning how to work with your body instead of fighting it. We’ll explore: * finding your center * spotting without getting lost * feeling where your weight actually is * staying organized as you turn * moving smoothly from one step into the next * rhythm, timing + coordination * across-the-floor turning drills * making turns feel more stable and repeatable And because this is Movewise, we’ll also touch on a little of the brain + body science behind balance and turning. Why one side can feel different from the other, why spotting helps, and how your sense of balance changes while you’re moving. Expect practical drills, movement exploration, across-the-floor work, and technique you can actually feel in your body. Friday, Sept. 18 7–9 PM Studio K Dance & Fitness Public: $59 Miraqui: $47 Movewise: Included in membership If you want your turns to feel less like a gamble and more like something you understand, come train with us. Making more challenging footwork feel natural doesn’t happen the first time you learn it. It happens when you keep coming back to it. 👞❤️‍🔥 In Mambo Footwork & Musicality, we’re continuing to explore the rhythm, timing, footwork, and musical qualities that give Mambo its distinct feeling. 🎶✨ As the movement becomes more challenging, repetition gives you the opportunity to move beyond simply remembering the steps. You start understanding the rhythm, becoming more comfortable with the movement, and eventually finding your own way of dancing through it. That’s why we keep training. Learn the movement, put in the repetitions, and give it time to become yours. Join us for Mambo Footwork & Musicality every Thursday at 7:30 PM 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 It’s Training Thursday. Come put in the work with us. ❤️‍🔥 #salsa #mambo #salsadance #salsadancing #sandiego

Being present with the music means giving yourself permission to actually move with what you’re hearing. 🎶✨ Our Body Movement & Shines On2 class creates a space to explore that connection through body awareness, coordination, musicality, shines, and intentional movement. ❤️‍🔥 Instead of simply moving to the music, we work toward understanding how our bodies can respond to it—playing with different rhythms, textures, and moments while developing greater confidence and freedom in our own movement. You don’t always have to know what’s coming next. Listen to what’s happening now, trust your movement, and let yourself dance. 🫶🏼 Join us for Body Movement & Shines On2 every Tuesday at 7:30 PM 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 Come experience Where Flavor Meets Soul. ❤️‍🔥 #salsa #bodymovement #salsaon2 #sandiego #sandiegolifestyle

The more you expose yourself to Mambo, the more you start to recognize what makes it feel different. 🎶❤️‍🔥 This month, Bryan has been giving dancers a taste of Mambo in our Mambo Footwork & Musicality class—exploring its rhythm, timing, footwork, and distinct musical character so we can begin developing a deeper understanding and appreciation for the music. 👞✨ You don’t have to understand everything in one class. You show up, you listen, you move, and little by little you start hearing things differently. That’s part of the training too. So when that Mambo comes on and you think, “Wait... this feels different,” you might start understanding why. 👀🎶 Join Bryan every Thursday at 7:30 PM for Mambo Footwork & Musicality 📍 5346 Jackson Drive, Suite B, La Mesa, CA 91942 It’s Training Thursday. Come listen, learn, and train with us. ❤️‍🔥 #salsa #mambo #salsaon2 #salsadance #sandiego
