You’re eating well. You’re training hard. So why isn’t your body keeping up its end of the deal? Bloating, fatigue, and results that don’t match the effort usually aren’t a willpower problem. They’re a sign that something underneath, your gut, your minerals, your hormones, needs a closer look. Standard labs often can’t see it. Functional testing can. If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually find out what’s going on, join me at Kaizen Wellness Center. I’ll walk you through how functional lab testing uncovers what’s really driving your symptoms, and what to do about it. 📅 Saturday, September 19, 2026 🕐 10:00-11:30am 📍 Kaizen Wellness Center @kaizenwellnesscenter Link in bio to reserve your seat. LOCAL VB WOMEN!! 📣 I’m so excited to be hosting an event at Kaizen Wellness Center (@kaizenwellnesscenter) , for the women who feel like they’re doing everything right and still don’t feel their best. Because I was once you. I was going hard at CrossFit, working an 8-5, meal prepping, doing all the “right” things... and I was still exhausted, dealing with gut issues, not recovering well, and moody more often than I want to admit. That changed when I ran functional labs on myself and found the underlying imbalances that had been quietly driving all of it. Now I help women just like me find their own answers, with real data instead of more guessing. If that sounds like you, this event is for you. 📅 Saturday, September 19, 2026 🕐 10:00-11:30am 📍 Kaizen Wellness Center Link in bio to reserve your seat. Seats are limited. 🤍 And share with a friend who you know may need to hear this.

A lot of hard work, long days, and an incredible team have gone into building what Kaizen has become. What started as a vision for a functional fitness facility has continued to grow into so much more; a thriving gym, a nonprofit adaptive fitness organization, a wellness center, and now, officially, our Kaizen Yoga Studio. I’m incredibly grateful for every coach, instructor, practitioner, athlete, member, supporter, and person behind the scenes who continues to believe in what we’re building. None of this happens without the people who show up every day and help us continue our mission of reaching and serving our community and beyond. We’re just getting started. Our Kaizen Yoga Studio is officially up and running! If you’re interested in joining us for a class or learning more, reach out. We’d love to have you. 🤍 #virginiabeach #virginiabeachyoga #yoga #hamptonroads

✨ Yoga is for everyone. One of the questions I hear most often is: “I’m not flexible enough.” “I’m not good at yoga.” “Yoga isn’t for me.” If you’ve ever thought one of those things, I’d love to invite you to this special community class. Yoga isn’t about perfection. It’s not about touching your toes, balancing on one leg, or comparing yourself to the person on the next mat. It’s about learning to breathe. To move. To slow down. To reconnect with yourself. As the saying goes: “Yoga is not about touching your toes. It is what you learn on the way down.” Whether this is your very first class or you’re returning after years away, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are. 🕯️ FREE Candlelight Yoga 📅 Sunday, August 9 🕕 6:00–7:00 PM 📍 Kaizen Wellness Center Stay afterward for light refreshments as we celebrate and inaugurate this beautiful new space together. I’d love to see some familiar faces and meet many new ones. Come as you are. 💚
