✨ Reflecting on this week’s speaking event ✨

What a powerful day spent in a room full of incredible women from male-dominated industries, lifting each other up, sharing experiences, and reminding one another that we don’t have to navigate the challenges of womanhood alone.

We talked about confidence and making it work when life throws hurdles our way, and the emotional and mental strength it takes to keep showing up. We explored the importance of seeking support, asking for advice, and creating spaces where women can genuinely champion one another.

If I’m honest, I was incredibly nervous before stepping up to deliver my talk. I shared how colour and wearing the right clothes for you can influence confidence, increase visibility, and help you take up the space you deserve in any room. Because when you feel aligned with how you present yourself, you show up differently.

The biggest lesson I took away? Growth happens when we lean into the things that scare us. The confidence we seek often comes after we take the leap, not before.

I left feeling inspired by the stories I heard, grateful for the connections I made, and more confident in myself and my abilities than when I arrived.
Thank you to everyone who shared their experiences, their wisdom, and their encouragement. Here’s to more women supporting women, owning their space, and stepping into their potential. ✨
