just spent the last week in the middle of nowhere greece… without food, talking, access to any technology or a watch… a performance art training called Clearing the House by the Marina Abramovic Institute.. (@abramovicinstitute) I have come across this program time and again over the last decade and after seeing Marina (the MOTHER of performance art at @kochibiennale ..) it finally felt right.

my sixth retreat in silence… my first without any food (yes, we had water and herbal tea)…

I truly felt hollow and empty.. especially physically.. yet so full of nature, full of being, full of human connection with the amazing strangers who felt all things sensorial, somatic and sublime with me…

The toughest part was the mind.. the long durational exercises were subtle & powerful… lessons in patience, presence and personhood… i felt my body turn off as much as I felt something in me turn on… i get why we recieve no schedule whatsoever.. it must be that way.. very rarely are we left amidst absolute nature and trust that we’ll do what we need to when the time is right.. that being said i kinda kneel to the altar of uncertainty 😅

i found a newfound appreciation for cooking as a process that I want to do more of, and also towards creating a more consistent fasting practice! kinda wild we live in a world where training for presence is so needed but wow i found so much clarity and built up my focusing muscles! i’m still processing but wanted to share a little here <3

so lucky and privileged to keep having experiences like this.. also committed to see my lifelong journey of self-discovery through and more and more aligned with my purpose to serve those who feel committed too :)

slow is beautiful. self is blooming. saintuality is birthing. house is clearrrr
