Tidal Strength Highlights #187🌊
•
@kaleb.miller07 82.5kg~ 573 x 1 ATPR
Absolute banger of a finish to singles. Been chasing 573 for awhile on squat and so happy we hit it. Time to clean up depth a little and work up to 600+.

@bless_pwrlftz 110kg~ 374 x 1 ATPR
3 reds has been crossed off the list. Really proud of how well Blessy’s bench has been progressing. Hoping we can work on some pretty hefty symmetry issues post meet and get to that 400 bench.
•
@smol.dejia 100kg~ 606 x 2 PR
Lifts are all bouncing back just in time for the last minute meet. 6 weeks out from FL State Champs.
•
@levi_moore15 75kg~ 264 x 1 ATPR
Bench has been on a roll lately. 2 reds down and much more to come over these next couple months.
•
@maxthe105kg 105kg~ 460 x 3 Paused PR
College has def been an adjustment phase so been running some variation top sets to work out some flaws and snag some low hanging PRs. Seeing a nice upward trend in training, excited to keep building.

Tidal Strength Highlights #183🌊
•
@kaleb.miller07 82.5kg~ 534 x 2 PR
Squats are fucking back. Got some really good momentum built up and letting Kaleb loose on singles this block.
•
@carter.v_21 82.5kg~ 460 x 3 PR
Another strong block for squats. Did finish off with a bit off hip pain but hopefully can navigate around it and push out another PR Dub this block.
•
@lorenzopasquale19 75kg~ 415 x 4 PR
15lbs under his starting 1RM for a quad. Lorenzo has been thriving off the high intensity work and will be cruising up towards a 500 squat in no time.
•
@pl.tyler 90kg~ 430 x 3 PR
Building a really good base to build off of for that push to 500. As long as schedule allows we should be looking at lots of PRs thru the rest of the cycle.
•
@lifts.casey 65kg~ 226 x 2 ATPR
Really happy to have taken Casey’s old 1RM for a double. Depth consistency needs to be worked out but still very happy how well things are going.

MEET RECAP: USAPL Cornhusker State Games
Athlete: @kaleb.miller07

RESULTS:
Squat: 250kg/551lbs (+5kg Meet PR)
Bench: 122.5kg/270lbs
Deadlift: 230kg/507lbs
Total: 602.5kg/1328lbs
BW: 83.35
DOTS: 405.78

Kaleb competed this past weekend at his first meet back post pec injury. Goal for this meet was to just get some familiarity back as it’s been nearly 2 years since his last comp. Still was able to snag a squat PR while keeping things pretty easy for the quick turnaround into MW Regionals Prep.

Squats peaked exceptionally well, hitting only 4lbs under his 1RM with a good amount left in the tank. Wanted to push bench a bit and went for the 287 to chip his PR but was just a touch out of reach for the day. Still happy knowing that bench is nearly at its best again. Deads were pretty slow during prep. We changed up his secondary a couple blocks ago and it caused the primary to feel a bit flatter then preferred. Going to revert back to a modified version of our old micro in hopes of better output. Still snagged a 507 on the day despite feeling a bit meh.

Always a pleasure getting to do another meet together. Feels like Kaleb has been with Tidal longer then I have lol. Gad we were able to navigate through these injury ruts and put together a pretty strong performance on the day. We have a little bit of time before he heads out to MW Regionals, going to let him loose and swing for a big meet.

2026 Cornhusker State Games Recap
8/9
Squat: 175kg/385lbs Meet Pr
Bench: 95kg/209lbs
Deadlift: 235kg/518lbs Meet Pr
Total: 505kg/1113lbs Meet Pr

Overall a pretty good meet mostly went for meet pr as gonna save my strength for Regional. Everything went well expect bench as strength was there for prep but not for meet sadly. But overall one of my best performing meet 🙂
(Got screwed over on my weigh in sadly 🫩)
