Do more of what scares you…someone said that to me this week, and it stayed with me.

There has been a lot of change over the past two weeks, and if I’m honest, change isn’t always easy for me. But sometimes, the things that scare us are also the things that move us closer to where we’re meant to be.

Following your dreams doesn’t mean the journey will always be easy, or that you’ll feel completely ready. Often, it simply means taking the first step and trusting yourself enough to see where it leads.

Rachel @ealu_yoga came to us two years ago, having just qualified as a yoga teacher. She wasn’t sure whether she was ready to start teaching, but she took that first step and trusted us to be part of her journey. I’m so grateful she did. Watching her confidence grow and seeing everything she has achieved since has been very special.

I also want to wish Enda and Laura from @kalicoffeebar the very best on their next adventure. They were always so kind to me, especially at the beginning, when I didn’t know what I was doing. Starting something new can feel daunting, but how will you ever know what’s possible if you don’t try!

Sometimes, you don’t need to have the whole road figured out. You just need to take the first step, follow your dreams, and trust that the rest of the journey will unfold.

Popular Salthill café @kalicoffeebar is closing its doors today after almost six years in business, ending their journey "on a high". 💫

Owners Enda and Laura shared that nothing negative has caused the closure, but that it was simply time to move on to new adventures, thanking their "little community of legends" for all of their support.

Today is their last day operating, so the pair have encouraged people to pop by for a coffee and a chat to celebrate all the lovely experiences they've shared. ☕️

Some of Ireland's favourite cafés just got surprised with flowers 🌸

Last week we surprised some of Ireland's favourite cafés with bouquets after they were recognised among Europe's best, and their reactions said everything. 🥹🤍

Now it's your turn to decide who's next.

👇 Drop the Irish café, restaurant, hotel or spot that deserves its flowers and tag them so they see it.

The level across Irish specialty coffee right now is seriously strong—better roasting, better sourcing, better service, better cups. Which makes this achievement all the more impressive. Huge credit to these nine.
