Some trips fill your portfolio. This one filled my soul. Roaming the showroom in LA with two of my favourite designer friends — taking in every detail, every finish, every perfectly considered corner. And then the seaside. Because great design and good company always deserves a view. This is what happens when designers get a day off from designing — we just... find more design to fall in love with. Grateful for these two, this city, and every little thing that keeps the inspiration flowing. 🍊 @kambermasondesign @funcycled

A couple weeks ago I had the opportunity to head over to @devolkitchens to visit their showroom in LA. Can I just say, AMAZING!! So much to take in and see. I was so inspired! Loved traveling with these other fantastic designers and new friends, @tangerinedesignskb and @kambermasondesign Plus, I got to meet Helen Parker, Creative Director for DeVOL. Such a great experience! Keep an eye out for more on the blog coming shortly! #funcycled

We met at Design Camp and clicked immediately. Started planning a trip to LA to see the latest @devolkitchens showroom together. When we got there? Helen was in town—DeVOL’s creative director. You may know her from the extremely popular Tv show- “For the Love of kitchens.” She gave us the full tour and we ended up talking about everything: business, life, what it takes to build something real in this industry. The craftsmanship, the hardware, every finish—it all reminded me why I fell in love with this work 26 years ago. DeVol doesn't just make pretty kitchens. They create spaces built on real quality and intention. Grateful to have shared this moment with two designers who understand what this is really about. @kambermasondesign @funcycled
