Obsessed with this custom color moment! We kept depth with darker pieces and added pops of red + blonde for contrast and dimension so the curls really stand out.

Vivid and high contrast colors like this are definitely an investment — not just in the appointment, but in the care, maintenance, and products used at home. Getting curls light enough to hold vivid color while still protecting the integrity of the curl pattern takes time, intention, and the right game plan. But when it’s done safely and correctly… it is SO worth it.

Vivid color gives curls insane dimension, movement, and personality that you just can’t get with traditional color alone. Every curl catches light differently which makes the color look even more custom and unique.

My biggest priority is always maintaining healthy curls throughout the entire process, because healthy curls hold color better, fade prettier, and last longer between appointments.

Bold color + healthy curls will always be the goal!
