Fall Festival was such fun night! Thank you to the families who made it and those who supported our raffle! Between bobbing for donuts, our pumpkin patch, TRUNK or treat and our costume parade… we had a blast!

creativity is not a talent.
it is not a skill you’re born with.
it is a way of operating.
an ability to play.
to play is experiment.
to ask: what happens if I do this?
what would happen if we did that?
what if?

This is Wild Roots. Where curiosity leads, and kids get to find out. 🌿

National Night Out in Sacramento County was so good. Being in community in both Foothill Farms and Arden Arcade really underscored the common issues in our unincorporated areas. A big part of my focus will be bringing resources to our community and making it easier to incorporate for communities who want to do so. The evening ended with a fantastic party at the home of @karalynne17 that brought together all of the great candidates running in Folsom (including Kara herself!) Thanks to the gracious hosts of all of these events for highlighting what community looks like. Placer County—you get me all to yourself for National Night Out 2027! 😊

When you’re out in the community every day, lots of good things happen. But tonight, this was special. The good folks over at @udw_union surprised me by showing up at this amazing event put on by @karalynne17 From the first time we met, these labor siblings have felt like family to me and them showing up as a group tonight felt like a surprise party. 🎉🎉🎉Thank you UDW!
