Autopilot doesn’t switch off overnight. It gets interrupted with one decision, and then another, and another. That’s how you build the version of yourself you haven’t met yet.

If this series moved something in you — save it, share it, and tell me which of the five questions hit hardest. I will read you with love 💕

Not all exhaustion is cured by rest. There’s a kind of tired that’s only cured by honesty. Are you tired of your life — or of who you were asked to be?

What doesn’t get named still gets lived. The body carries it when the mind won’t. How long have you been holding something you still haven’t been able to name?

The armor weighs more than the person wearing it. How long have you been what everyone needs — without asking yourself what you need?

Write your answer in the comments — no roles, no titles, just you. I will read it.

We call them Champagne Moments. 🥂

Those moments when you stop, look around the table and realize… we’re doing something pretty incredible here.

This week, the GoodPhyte team came together for some big conversations. Big ideas. Big plans. Big questions about health, science, wellness and how we can continue pushing the conversation around nutrient absorption forward.

And we had some pretty big wins to celebrate, too.

Some we can share.

Some we can’t quite share yet. Shhhh. 🤫

But somewhere between the strategy, the science and the conversations about what comes next, we found ourselves talking about something much more important:

People.

The stories we’ve heard from people who have discovered phytase and told us it changed something for them.

How they feel.
How they fuel.
How they experience food and nutrition.
How they think about what their body is actually able to access from the food they eat.

And sitting around that table, sharing those stories, was the biggest Champagne Moment of all.

Because that was the original why behind GoodPhyte.

And it’s still the reason we keep going.

We may be a small team, but we are mighty. Curious. Innovative. A little obsessed with phytase. And incredibly grateful that we get to build something rooted in science with the potential to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

There is so much happening behind the scenes right now.

Some of it we can tell you about soon.

Some of it… well, you’ll just have to stick around.

Here’s to the Champagne Moments — especially the ones that remind you why you started.

For most of his life, Tom Renney was known for leading some of the best hockey teams in the world.

NHL head coach. Olympic coach. IIHF World Championship. IIHF World Junior Championship. Former CEO of Hockey Canada.

What many people don’t know is that behind the scenes, Tom was also living with THREE autoimmune diseases.

In this video, Tom shares something deeply personal.

He talks about his experience since starting GoodPhyte just over a year ago, and the difference it has made to his energy, recovery, and overall well-being.

Today, Tom says he feels like he’s 40 again. (Anyone want to guess how old he really is? Comment below to tell us how old he looks vs how old he actually is. We think he looks like he’s in his 40’s as well!).

That doesn’t mean life is perfect. It doesn’t mean every day is easy. It simply means he found something that has genuinely helped him in a big way, and he wanted to share his experience in the hope that it might help someone else—whether that’s an athlete who isn’t recovering as quickly as they’d like, someone struggling with low energy, or a person living with an autoimmune or inflammatory condition.

As someone who has spent his career earning the trust of athletes at every level, Tom doesn’t put his name behind products lightly. His willingness to tell this story means a great deal to all of us.

Thank you, Tom, for your honesty, your courage, and for giving others permission to hope.

Watch his story above.

If his story resonates with you—or reminds you of someone you care about—please like, comment, and share. You never know who might need to hear it.
