Life at home for the last 2 months…🫶

Lots of outside. Plenty of time behind the laptop. And most importantly time spent with friends and family. The last few years I’ve spent most of my time away from home, travelling and hiking. It certainly makes the time I do have here in @westernaustralia extra special.

I’m about to head back abroad for 3 months. Thru hiking in Japan, climbing big mountains in Argentina and backpacking in Chile. I’ll miss Christmas and New Years in Australia but I’m excited for the next big adventures! Thanks for following along!! ❤️

A couple of weekends ago Emma and I met our friends Cam and Karis in Newport to support Karis on her first ever running race. 4 months prior she had never ran 5k’s but out of nowhere she started a training program and signed up for the Newport half marathon. She absolutely crushed it and we couldn’t have been prouder.

What an epic month on the road. We saw SO much, and drove SO many miles(on the wrong side of the road).

The national parks, the people, the food and coffee. All amazing and memorable. I love the US!

Now we are off to other continents; Karis back to Australia, and me to Europe.

I might be back to America very soon though. 🤩

It feels good to be back in the Sierra Nevada. In my opinion, this mountain range is the most beautiful place on Earth...

I’ve been travelling for the last month with the bare minimum gear, and the @jetboil TrailCook System has been a worthy inclusion. We use it for car camping, backpacking, day hikes, and even just to quickly boil water wherever we are(always tastes better directly from a mountain stream).

The TrailCook is lightweight, convenient, and versatile with all the small efficiencies and details that you know and love from Jetboil cook systems. A true winner in my books.

Unsure as to whether I loved it or hated it and unsure if I can’t wait to go back or never return in a million years but I am sure it was an incredible weekend of savagery with an all time crew 🫶🏾

We’re super excited to announce our first community surf of the year! 🌊✨🎉

Our surfs are free, unisex & come with tips & support for beginners! 👩🏽‍🤝‍👨🏼

Meet Sunday 0730 on the lawn at Surfing WA Trigg where you can hire a board there ($33) if you need! The water is at its highest temperature of the year presently so wetsuits are optional.

For this session we’ll be doing a 20min surf inspired yoga session to get us ready for the waves! 🧘🏼‍♀️

We generally surf for about an hour before hitting the showers & enjoying some sips & chats at Foam! ☕️😊

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to try surfing, or take your surfing journey to the next level in ‘26 with an awesome crew, now’s your chance!

Tag any friends who might be keen, shoot if any questions & we hope to see you Sunday 0730! 🫶🏼

Yeeewwww!!
