My people!

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am to have so many beautiful souls who show up for me time and time again through everything. I wouldn’t be standing here so strong without them

Whether you were there physically or have been showing love & support from afar: a million thank yous could never be enough, and my wins will always be your wins 🤍

That post show celebration 🥂

My dad’s favorite candy was Reese’s peanut butter cups and I don’t think there was a single day you couldn’t find one hiding somewhere in our house. Had to toast to one with my people in his honor

I’m so grateful for everyone who showed up for me and made this day even more special. Plenty more thank yous to come🤍

Team Unchained Fitness has had hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of transformations, and here are just a few.

And my favorite part about them, is that the physical transformation is only part of it. What you don’t see is the mental transformation that goes along with it.

These are all amazing People who have decided that they want to live to a higher standard, and then take ACTION to follow it up. And I get to have a front row seat to their growth 🥹

I have the best job in the world.

If you’re ready to start your journey, you have a home in Team Unchained Fitness ❤️

Join our free Skool community through my page or shoot me a DM to chat & let’s get your set up for your very last “Day 1” 🫶🏻

Everyone STOP what you’re doing and help me give a shoutout to my girl @karjeaner!

Karlee is a perfect example of what it looks like when you decide to COMMIT. She has been a client of mine for a few years now, but it wasn’t until January that she decided to go ALL IN and not look back!

Karlee is a busy, working mom of 4 who has pushed past every excuse & fallen in love with the process. She works out at home & leads by example in every way for her family as she continues to grow into the very best version of herself.

She is on FIRE and isn’t slowing down any time soon!

I am so proud of you Karlee, and I am so grateful that I get a front row seat to your journey!! I can’t wait to see where you’ll be at that 1 year mark!!

Phamily ❤️👊🔥

I joined a fitness community but found a home.

The atmosphere I've been looking for is right here in these people. In these coaches. In this city.

My coach @jennagtaz_fit earned the opportunity to bring some of her team (spread out virtually across the globe) together to experience the energy that is 1st Phorm at headquarters for a weekend. Team building, education, fundraising, food, community, relationships, so much laughter and insane workouts.

What started out as just losing weight has transphormed into so much more with @1stphorm. The friendships, mindset, attitude, perseverance, confidence, relationships, education, growth, mental stability, strength, and so much gratitude for a company like this to exist. Feels so surreal.

Find yourself a community of people that want to see you become your best self. Don't ever stop looking for it.(BTW we have room in mine , reach out 😉)

"You have to change your mind, if you're gonna let go"

Thank you to my team for pushing me to become better every day, being vulnerable has never felt so damn good 🔥💪
