One week later and I’m still** reveling in the all encompassing magic of the 2025 DeW retreat! Three days of energizing, affirming connection and supportive, beautiful sisterhood.

I am so inspired by our incredible speakers, who spoke from a place of vulnerability and strength to empower us with key takeaways- immediately applicable to grow our businesses, enhance our relationships, and empower the unique beauty of who we are as women. It was such an honor to share the stage with you.

Thank you @karkar500 @_sararitchie_ @carrierdebora for the intentionality, heart, and vision that made this our best retreat yet. And @kristieboltzcmo … you are the most natural, hilarious, real MC. You had me laughing, crying, and laugh crying. You kept us engaged, connected, and energized. A true, rare, gift.

To our sponsors: thank you for helping amplify the impact of our 7th DeW Retreat. Your presence, energy, and support continue to empower women in dentistry and beyond to rise into our potential.

And you, angel to us all, @annelduffy . I wouldn't be who I am in life or career without your unconditional love, relentless encouragement, and belief that the world needs more of what we can offer.

I am so grateful for every single women who showed up, poured into each other, and is actively working to build community + business in a way that continues to prove that when women unite with intention, we all rise together. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am here with you and for you, always in your corner, and just a text away 🤍

“Why are you spending so much time and resources on an in-person retreat when you can make more money with less effort online?”

I was asked this question during the planning of my Revitalization Wellness Retreat. Swipe left ➡️

Before our US Surgeon General released an advisory in early May, it was apparent to many of us that we are living in a lonely and isolated world. We’ve never been so connected, yet so disconnected.

Virtual workshops and workouts have their place in our ever-busy society. Absolutely. But, human connection, community is our lifeline. We are in deep trouble without it.

We poured a lot of time and heart into our retreat in hopes it would serve as another gateway to all of us feeling a little more alive again.

@karkar500, thank you for always bringing your light to our community @swtcycle and this retreat. I’m grateful to know you. 🙏🏾
