What an exceptionally silly evening we had yesterday with @kata_forgottenfun who took us through an autumnal edition of Journey of Joy. We laughed so much pretending to be naughty squirrels and animal blind dates! We created woodland soundscapes, threw parties for our animal friends and even created our own animal orchestra! Kata puts the fun in The Fun Fed! Thank you soo much for making these darker autumnal days much brighter. Join us next week for... 🪘 South African Dance with Miles Ncube 📅 Tuesday 20th October 📍 The Winch in Swiss Cottage North London NW3 3NR 🎟 Tickets from £13.70 Click the link in our bio for your early bird tickets. #improvgames #improvlondon #londonfun #gamesforadults

Oh I do love a warm up. 🫶💃 That moment in time before the dance journey begins. The opportunity to shake off the day, connect and be playful. It is essential. To get everybody moving, smiling and connecting. And yes to our dancers for being ready for it.✨ Loved being back on the decks at our beloved EDC full moon women’s ecstatic dance. 🌕 Every dance has its own magic, rhythm and vibe. The Harvest Moon felt like a warm autumnal hug 🍁, with moments to connect, go deep and high octane fun.🙃 We’re at our half way point before our next dance and can’t wait for : 27th October Azyre Blue ⚡️Alice Wild @azyre.blue and @theselfevolutioncoach 24th November @tigerbalmmusic 🐅 our resident and founder and our 2nd birthday partaaayy 🎂 See you on the dance floor Kata, Rose and the EDC team 💜 #facilitation #play #ecstaticdance #women’s dance #shoreditch

Expect big games, silly scenes and uplifting movement to connect with ourselves, our senses, each other and joy. We start by connecting as a group, and finding our centre followed by some high energy games with a competitive twist, slowing down to access our subconscious and spontaneity for some improvised silliness, then back to the body to try out some new moves. Held by Kata Armitage of @kata_forgottenfun Kata is a transformational and body-oriented coach (with an educational and arts background), having worked with the likes of Google and ASOS to deliver team support and one to one coaching with adults and young adults. Kata’s on a community-driven mission to help people connect more deeply with themselves. Kata discovered a love for dj ing and the deep focus she found in music during lockdown. She is both an ecstatic dance dj and facilitator and loves taking people on an uplifting musical journey. Come and join us and put a spring in your step and a bounce in your week. 📅 Tuesday 13th October 📍 The Winch in Swiss Cottage North London NW3 3NR 🎟 Tickets from £13.70 Click the link in our bio to get your early bird tickets. #gameslondon #improvgames #gamesinlondon #improvlondon
