racing & everything around it 🫶🏼
this past running week has been good for the soul. running my second fastest 1500m ever at a wonderfully low-key meet with wonderful people I met through running to a fun street mile where the motto „have fun, be fast“ couldn’t be more accurate (wish I ran a little faster but the fun was there for sure) ✨
heart & belly are full, ready for a few more weeks of running & racing ⚡️

Commonwealth Games 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

July spent racing, training & exploring 🇧🇪 -> 🇩🇪-> 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿->🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Walking away with 2 PRs 📈 & the thrill of competing at an international games. There is truly nothing more fun than getting lost in a race :) Took me a while to remember that this year, but learned alot about myself along the way.

So lucky to have been apart of Team Canada alongside the most amazing group of teamates, coaches and friends. And my family out to support us made it all the more special! 🫶

The Max-Cushion Shift: Nike’s Unapologetic Reset

For years, Nike’s daily trainers played it safe in the middle ground - leaving max-cushion territory wide open to competitors.

The Nike Vomero Premium ends that restraint.

With a massive 55mm stack height (way past the legal limit for racing) Nike didn’t build a shoe to be fast, light, or versatile. They built an anti-gravity mattress for your feet, pairing a giant block of ZoomX foam with exposed Air Zoom units.

Come and get 'em!

The Importance of seeing a physiotherapist or Chiropractor When Feeling Good

Regular tune-ups, not just injury visits, keep small issues from snowballing, so Kate can show up to every workout feeling her best.
