If this summer taught me anything, it’s that God is faithful.

Not because everything worked out the way I wanted it to.
Not because every prayer was answered the way I hoped.
Not because my circumstances suddenly became easy.
Because He never left.

There were moments this summer when I didn’t know what the next hour would hold. There were days filled with uncertainty, grief, fear, doctor’s appointments, surgery, hospital rooms, difficult conversations, and questions I couldn’t answer.

But what I remember most isn’t everything that happened; it’s how faithfully God met me in every moment.
Looking back, I can see His fingerprints all over this summer.

I asked for peace, and He gave it—even when my circumstances didn’t change.
I asked for wisdom, and He faithfully spoke through the people He placed in my life.
I asked for strength, and He reminded me that sometimes strength looks like allowing others to help carry the burden.
I asked for comfort, and He surrounded me with people who prayed with me, cried with me, spoke truth over me, encouraged me, kept me accountable, and pointed me back to Him when I needed it most.
I asked for help, and He provided it abundantly—not always by changing my circumstances, but by reminding me that His provision so often comes through His people.

Looking through these photos, I don’t just see memories. I see the countless ways God reminded me that He never left. I see answered prayers. I see family. I see people who became family. I see people God placed in my life at exactly the right time. I see joy in the middle of sorrow, peace in the middle of uncertainty, and beauty in moments I easily could have missed.

This summer changed me, but more than anything, it reminded me of who God has always been…

He goes before us.
He walks beside us.
He never fails us.
He never abandons us.

What a blessing it is to know Him, to be loved by Him, and to belong to Him. 🤍
