Pull up a chair! 🍽️ Acclaimed Chef Tim Hollingsworth is cooking up a new wood-fire dining concept for OCVIBE in 2027, featuring open-flame creations in a setting inspired by Southern California design.

Joining fellow culinary talents like Chef Roy Choi and Chef José Andrés, Hollingsworth will add to OCVIBE’s fast-growing culinary scene, already featuring more than 35 food and beverage experiences, alongside Katella Commons.

Katella Commons 📍 Anaheim | Opening 2027 🍽️🍸

A 50,000+ sq ft, two-story market hall is coming to OCVIBE with 21 chef-driven kitchens, 6 bars + lounges, and indoor/outdoor spaces built for lunch, happy hour, post-game nights, and everything in between.

Already announced: Evil Cooks, Burritos La Palma, Khao Soi, OC Pizza Cult, Osen Handroll, Don Churros Gomez and more. 👀

For people living around Anaheim, this means more places to grab dinner before a game, meet friends for drinks, spend an afternoon outside, or stay in the area after an event instead of heading somewhere else.

It’s part of the larger OCVIBE district around Honda Center, bringing more dining, parks, entertainment, and gathering spaces to the area.

That’s why developments like this matter beyond just having new restaurants. Real estate is about more than the home — it’s also the lifestyle, amenities, and places around it.

The list of culinary partners set to join Katella Commons at OCVibe is getting longer.

The 100-acre mixed-use development in the area surrounding Honda Center in Anaheim this week announced another round of new additions to the culinary lineup.

The news comes after celebrity chef Roy Choi revealed he would bring his Las Vegas restaurant concept, Best Friend, to OCVibe.
