It’s been a big few weeks! So many amazing memories have been made in the last 14 days, along with many new friendships and experiences with my babies! Forever grateful is an understatement 🙏🏽🥺🥰🫶🏽

I don’t like to get all soppy but I wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to Jack for always supporting me and our babies! This isn’t about wanting any sympathy, but a lot of you know that Jack and I do EVERYTHING with our babies just between the two of us. It’s bloody hard most of the time, there is no way to sugar coat it. But together we soldier on and get it done and try enjoy the ride along the way 🎢 🥰🙏🏽 I couldn’t do the things I do without him, so thank you Bub. Also my big girls Aaliyah and Ariah! Without them helping us we would be lost! They both help out so much with their brothers - we love you girls🩷

Anyway enough being all soppy but just a little reflection today. So grateful and content when I was looking back through my photos today 🥺🫶🏽

Yesterdays upper body 1 session here at Liv strong🩵✨⭐️

After our strength workshop on Saturday the team felt super confident getting into their barbell bench press & moving some weight yesterday!

We can’t wait to see how much strength the team can build in this training block 💪
