As the summer season comes to a close, we thought we’d share a little Lucas summer scrapbook! Our team has been all over the place this summer for client projects — LA, Jackson Hole, Las Vegas, Sun Valley, Carmel, Portland, Maine, Montreal, Basel, and Paris. And we’ve included a few scenes from our beloved home in Seattle, too!

A day well spent.

Our Summit Day began in Portland’s Ladd’s Addition Rose Garden, where we spent the morning volunteering and giving back to a place that brings so much beauty to our community.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
From there, we gathered as a team to reflect on our goals, celebrate how far we’ve come, and look ahead to the year ahead.

We wrapped up the day the best way we know how, with a barbecue at Holly and David’s, sharing great food, meaningful conversations, and celebrating the team that makes it all possible.

Last night was dreamy. 🦪 🌖 🥂 We were surrounded by friends, food, day one supporters of Roux who have been attending since 2019 and new faces we had never seen before! ♥️ We can’t express how grateful we are for everyone who showed up and celebrated the kick off to the Roux Week with us. Our office is on the edge of Portland’s Ladd’s Addition which is the city’s oldest planned neighborhood. It was designed in four quadrants and has four beautiful rose gardens which basically serve as outdoor conference rooms for us. The gardens are maintained by the community in partnership with @portlandparks and our team took a turn giving back on Friday. It was a joy to tend to the place that gives us so much. A huge thank you to @portlandparks for guiding us through another afternoon of pruning, learning, and slowing down among the blooms.
