Tips to work on your balance!! Balance starts to decline with age, so it’s important to work it while you got it! Here are some tips:

🔷 Add in unilateral movement - think split squats, lunges, single leg deadlifts

🔷 When you are doing a bicep curl or shoulder press, stand on one leg, like the picture above

🔷 Add in a bosu ball! Try adding in planks with your hands on the ball, squats with the flat part up, and even lunges with your feet starting on the ball

🔷 Add in core work to support you when adding in balance exercises and for every day life
